DAIRY FARMS AT EPSOM. TO BE LET, for one or more years— Two GRASS PADDOCKS, of Twenty-five Acres each, situaed between the residence of Captain Powditch, ane that of Mr. Patrick Donovan. The Pasturage is indisputably the best in the colony. One Hundred and three tons of Hay has been safely stacked off the two Farms in December last, and the present tenant has been in receipt of five pounds a week for depasturing stock for a period of nine months of the year. CERTAIN SETTLERS of the Hundred of Onehunga having expressed a desire that a Cattle Show and Fair for the disposal of Stock by Private Sale and Bargain be established within the said Hundred, all persons favourable to the matter are invited to attend a Public Meeting, to be held at Tye's Inn, Elpsom, at 12 o'clock, noon, on Thursday, the 3rd of April next, to take into consideration the matter, site, means of making the necessary erections, and other circumstances connected therewith.
