LOST, a ROAN GELDING, with short tail, last seen at Manakau Heads. Any person bringing the same to H. IJ ardington, Exchange Hotel, will receive the above reward.

A SMALL FARM at Point England, on the west bank of the Tamaki, of Eleven Acres. It is well fenced, three acres being laid down in a good grass paddock, and the remainder, having just had a crop of potatoes, is fit to lay down in grass at once. THE whole or a portion of an ALLOTMENT of LAND, containing one acre and three roods, situate in St. George's Bay, adjoining the property of Lieut. Chesney. There is a good Cottage, and the Frame of another, erected on the premises, and the greater part of the allotment is enclosed with a substantial Fence. The ground is partially cultivated, a portion of it laid out in garden, in which are growing a number of healthy fiuit trees.
