The Emma, Captain Fox, tailed from Sydney, on the morning of the 28th ultimo ; the Prince of Walea, arrived at Sydney, on the 26tb, ninety-eight dayi from London, having tailed on the 20th Oct. A veuel named the Creaiwell wai laid on fur Auckland to sail about the middle of November; the Cornelia to tail about the same time for Wellington.

The Catherine Jamieson, from Sydney, was spoken on the 22nd August, bearing for Bahia lor water, The Derwont, from Port Phillip, arrived at Gravesend, October 14. Newcastle Shipping.— The Waldertnar, Capt. Schmidt, tailed for Sau FrancUco ou Tuesday. The Cadet, Captain M'Farlane, httm|j on board 446 tons coali, 5 case* cigar", and 48 pawngers, bound to San Fr»ncUco, was getting under weigh on the sailing of Uie ThUtle from Newcastle. The American »hip Mwtha cleared out on Tuesday, and would sail the first fair wind. The Timandra had nearly complettd her loading, and the Rodolph wat under the thoot taking in her coal*. The George Home, was ready to go under the »hoot. The French Ship Java v-at loaded and ready for sea, her destination being San Francisco.
