CONNELL % RIDINGS

Harp received instructions to Sell by Public Auction, at the Mart, Queen-stieet, on Saturday, the Bth February, — ALL that ALLOTMENT OF LAND, and the HOUSES or tenements thereon, situate in Princes-street, lately occupied by Captain Pitt and Lieutenant Page, and adjoining the Residence of Captain Cockcraft. Also, The DWELLING HOUSE at the rear theveof, now occupied by William Donnelly, Esq. Terms and particulars may be ascertained at the Mart, where a Plan showing the Frontages, &c, may be seen.

Connell & Ridings have much pleasure in railing the attention of the Public to this Property, as it is one of the most valuable sites in the town of Auckland, and will, both froifi its situation and the character of the buildings, command a high rental. The rent hitherto realized has been £220 per annum.
