FIRST RACE. Prize £15. — Entrance £1 10s. For Decked. Half- Decked, and Hatch Boats, not exceeding 25 tons, or under 5 tons. Three Boats to start, or no race ; the second Boat to save her Stakes. To start from the Flag Ship (to be hereafter named), pas-ing on the south side of a flag boat to be moored off ihe " Watchman ;'' round to the north of the boat down to a flag-boat to to be moored off the North Head, pass to the north of that boat, round to the south, and back to the Flag Ship, coming in on her south side. SECOND RACE. Prize £3. — Entrance iOs. 6d. For Boats pulling a, pair of sculls. Amateur rowers. Three Boats to start, or no race. To start from the flag ship, pass to the south of a boat to be moored off Judge's Bay, round to the notth, and pass the flag ship to the south. THIRD RACE. Prize £5. — Entrance 10s. 6d. For Watermen's Boats pulling two oars. Four Boats to start, or no race ; second Boat to , save her stakes. !Same course as 2nd. FOURTH RACE. First Prize, £20 ; Second Prize, £s—Entrance,5 — Entrance, £1 10s. For Cargo Boats, or Boats working for hire, not under 6 tons. Five Boats to start, or no race. Two prizes ; third Boat to save her stakes. In. the event of only three Boats starting, the first prize alone to be contended tor. To start from the flag ship, pass to the north of the boat at the North Head, round to the south, and work up towards the Watchman, at the discretion of the respective boats ; to pass the flag boat off the Watchman to the south, round to the north, and to come in on the south side of the flag ship. FIFTH RACE. First Prize, £10; Second Ptize £3. — Entrance £1 Is. For Whale Boats, to be pulled by five oars, j Three Boats to start, or no race ; the second j Boat to save her stakes. In the event of five i Boats starting, tvo prizes to be given, and the third Boat to save her entrance. To start from the flag ship, pass to the north , of the fla£ boat off the North Head round to j the South, and come in on the south side of the flag ship. SIXTH RACE. First Prize, £5; Second Prize, £1. — No entrance. For Small Canoes, not to be manned by more than twelve Ndtives. Two prizes. Three Canoes to start or no race, The same course as that for the Whale Boats. SEVENTH BACE. Prize £10. — Entrance £1 Is, For four-oar Gigs, pulled by Amateuis. Three Boats to start, or no race. To start from the flag ship, pass to the south of the flag boat off the Watchman, round to the north, and come in on the south side of the flag ship. EIGHTH RACE. Prize £5, — Entrance 12s. 6d. For Sailing Boats of five tons and under. Three Boats to start or no race -, second Boat to save her stake. Same course as the fourth race. NINTH RACE. First Prize, £8; Second Prize, £3.— No Entrance. For Canoes manned by an unlimited number of Natives. Two prizes. Three canoes to start, or no race. Same course as whale boats. TENTH RACE. Prize £3, — Entrance 7s. 6d, For Watermen's Boats pulling a pair of sculls. Three boats to start or no race. Same course as second and third race. ELEVENTH RACE. Prize £(0. — Entrance £1 Is. For Square Sterned Boats, not exceeding 25 feet keel, and pulling four oars. Same course as seventh race.
