NOTICE TO MEMBERS.
HP HE MEMBERS of this Institution are I reminded that, in accordance with Law No. 9, The General Meeting of Members will be held in the Fiist week of the next month, for the purpose of receiving the Annual Report and Balance Sheet — the Election of Officers for the ensuing Year — and the transaction of such other business as may be brought before it. The attention of Members is requested to the
following Law (No. 10) — " Any duly- qualified member of the Institution shall alone be eligible for Election to fill the offices of President, Vice -President, Treasurer and Secretary — such parties to be' nominated by a notice in writing, to be hung up in a conspicuous part of the Institute at least 10 days befoie the General Meeting of Members convened for such purpose." Members desirous to nominate gentlemen for the above-mentioned offices, are requested to furnish the Honorary Secretary with the names, &c, on or before the 23rd instant, in order that the above law may be complied with.
