The brig Robert Bruce, of San Francisco, has arrU vednt the Bay of I^liimls from that port. She is about to load with potatoes for the California market. The barque Novelty, and schooner Arabia, have been hanled up on the beach for inspection of their bottoms, before they commence loading for San Francisco.
