MR. B* REYNOLDS BEGS respectfully to announce to the inhabitants of Auckland, that he has made arrangements to enter upon the management of the School lately conducted by Mr. Maclntyie, at Albert Hill. An experience of many years in the duties of education, united with a determination to adhere to the plan and principles heretofore adopted in this Seminary, encourage , Mr. Reynolds to anticipate with confidence a continuance of the patronage enjoyed by his predecessor. The duties of the School will be resumed on Monday, the 6th day of January, 1851. Dec. 31, 1851.
