One Case containing white & colored Counterpanes, black Cloths and Doeskins, black Velvet, colonial Tweed, Orleans and Coburg Cloth, Muslin Dresses, white French Merino, Hearth Rugs, &c. &c. &c. One Bale containing forty pieces sorted Shirting Two Bales containing 300 pieces super Calico One Bale containing 80 pieces grey Calico Carpets, Floor Cloth, Matting &c, &c, &c. SAMUEL HEGARTY,in returning LvJl thanks for the liberal patronage of the inhabitants of Auckland and its vicinity, begs to acquaint them that with the view of facilitating his position to give general satisfaction, he has entered into co-partners with Mr. Edward Yates ; when the Store in High Street will for the future be carried on under the firm of HEG ARTY & YATES who trust by insuring at all times a constant supply of Groceries of the best description, also Glass, Crockery, and Hardware, &c , &c; and with strict attention to business they hope to meet with a continuation of that encouragement and patronage from the public generally, hitherto so liberally bestowed, *#*—A Fresh supply of Salt and Fresh Butler always on hand. Dec. 12th, 1850.

JOHN ROBINSON begs to inform the Inhabitants of Auckland and its Vicinity that he has commenced business as BREAD AND BISCUIT BAKER, on the Premises lately occupied by Mr. Hayes, near the Court House in Queen-street, where he hopes by strict attention to business and keeping a supply of the above articles of the best quality to meiit a share of their patronage and support.
