WANTED,
AN HONEST MAN to take New Milk into Town at 4d. per Quart, for 12 months. He must be of regular habits, able to read and write ; roost early, and rise at cock-crow. Neither fond of the rum-bottle, or the pump ; drink a glass of home-brewed, and eat a slice of a 14-score grunter. Have a knowledge of stock, and the usual farming operations, Milking, making Butter, Cheese, &c, &c, &c. — in fact, make himself generally useful, and pieserve his health by constant exercise and employment. Liberal wages given, and a good billet. No Old Rum Keg, Dandy, or Teetotaller need apply. For further particulars, enquire at the NewZealander Office. November 20tb, 1850.
