THIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE, that by Deed bea-ing date the Ist day of November, instant, William Low, of Auckland, Baker, has assigned all his personal Estate and Effects to Joseph Low, of Auckland, Miller, upon trust, for the benefit of such creditors oj the said William Low as shall execute the said Deed within 10 days from the date thereof. _ And that the said Deed of Assignment is now lying at the office of Mr. Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, for the inspection and signatuies of the creditors.
