NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Supreme Couit, for the despatch of Criminal business, will be holden at the Court House. Auckland, on Monday the Second day of December next, at Ten o'clock in the Forenoon ; and that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil business will be lioldeu at the Couit House, on Saturday the Seventh day of December next, at Ten o'clock in the Forenoon, at which times and place all persons under recognizance to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, ate required to give their attendance. In the Estate of John Smith, deceased intestate, late in the employment of James Macky, Esq , Merchant, Uueen-street.

gji URSUANT to the Rule of this HonolL rable Court, the Creditors of the abovenamed deceased are, on or before the twentyninth day of January next, to come in and prove their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, at his office in the Court House, Queen-street, Auck* land, or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefits arising from the said estate. Any person giving to me any information so as to discover any at present unknown property belonging to the said Estate, will be liberally rewarded by the Administrator. Thomas Outhwaite, Registrar.
