Thursday, April 25, 1850. In the matter of the Joint Stock Companies Winding up Acts, 1848 and 1849, and of the Royal Bank of Australia. RICHARD RICHARDS, Esquire, the Master of the High Court of Chancery, charged with the winding up of this Company, has this day appointed William Charles Wryghte, of No. 4, Sambrook Court, Basing-hall-street in the city of London, Accountant, Official Manager of this Company. Smith, Campbell, & Co, Sydney, New South Wales, Agents for said Official Manager, by Power of Attorney. N.B — All persons interested in or having any knowledge of the affairs, property, or books of the said Bank, are forthwith requested communicate with said agents. * Monday, the 13th day of May, 1850. the Royal Bank of Australia. 1 RICHARD RICHARDS, Esquire, the , Master of the High Court of Chancery, charged with the winding up of this Company, do order that all, and every person, whomsoever and wheresoever, on whom this order shall be served, and his age! ts, clerks and servants, shall within three days after the service hereof, produce and deliver unto and leave with William Charles Wryghte, the Official Manager of the said Royal Bank of Australia, at his chambers, situate No. 4, Sambrook Court, Basinghall street, in the City of London, or unto the Attorney or Attorneys, agent or agents, appointee or appointees of the said William Charles Wryghte, in the several Australasian colonies, and in the colony of New Zealand, and in their respective dependencies, all and every the land, houses, wharfs, and their respective appurtenances, stock, cattle, sheep, wool, skins, hides, tallow, fat, ships, boats, and all money, securities for money, moitgages, assignments, deeds, leases and other effects, assets, property and documents, whatsoever, of or relating to, or belonging to the said Royal Bank of Australia, and also the minute books, day books, ledgers, bankers' pass books, cash books, letters, (whether marked private, or secret and confidential, or otherwise), despatches, advices, orders, bills, drafts, checks, papers, and writings, in the custody, possession, or power, of the said person or persons on whom this order shall be served, or of his agents, clerks, or servants, which in anywise belong or relate to the said Royal Bank of Australia, or to the affairs or estate of the said Royal Bank of Australia, or which in anywise relate to the former or late Directors, Managers, Officers, Clerks, or Servants of the said Royal Bank of Australia, concerning the affairs, conduct, or management of the estate, or property, or proceedings of the said Royal Bank of Australia. WITH reference to Ihe above advertisements, notice is hereby given that by power of Attorney dated London, 16th day of May, 1850, ihe abovenamed William Charles Wryghte, Esq , Official Manager of the said Royal Bank of Australia, did constitute, depute, and appoint, James Nelson Smith, Alexander Campbell, and Benjamin Buchanan, trading under the firm of Smith, Campbell, and Co., of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, merchants, jointly, and each and every of them separately, the true and lawful attorney and attorneys, agent and agents, appointee and appointees, of him the said William Charles Wryghte, to ask, demand and receive, from every person and persons whomsoever, in the said Australasian ( olonies, and the colony of New Zealand, and their respective dependencies, all property, of every sort and description, both real and personal, belonging to the said Royal Bank ot Australia, of which all persons are hereby required to take notice.
