TENDERS FOR HARDWOOD PILES, KAURI TIMBER AND PLANKING, IRON AND COALS.

Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, Sept. 24th, 1850. TNDERS will be received at this Office until noon on Tuesday, the Bth October, 1850, from persons desirous of furnishing the following articles required for the erection of a Whaif in Commercial Bay, viz.: — Hardwood Piles Kami Timber Kami Planking Lon, Flat and Round 15 tons of Coals. Specifications may be seen and every information on the subject obtained on application to the Clerk of Works, at the office of the Royal Engineer Depaitment, Albert Barracks. By His Excellency's command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial Secretary.

Commissariat Office, Auckland, September 10th, 1850. npENDERS (in duplicate) will be received * at this Office, until noon of Wednesday, the 16th October next, for the Supply of FRESH MEAT required at the Bay of Islands, from the Ist December next, to 31st March, 1851. The conditions of Contract and other necessary information will be found in the Commissariat advertisement for Annual Contracts, dated 1 8th January last, and published in the New Zealander newspaper.
