TENDERS FOR HARDWOOD PILES, KAURI TIMBER AND PLANKING, IRON AND COALS.

Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, Sept. 24th, 1850. TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon on Tuesday, the Bth October, 1 850, from persons desirous of furnishing the following articles required for the erection of a Wharf in Commercial Bay, viz.. — Hardwood Piles Kauri Timber Kauri Planking Iron, Flat and Round 15 tons of Coals. Specifications may be seen and eveiy information on the subject obtained on application to the Clerk of Works, at the office of the Royal Engineer Department, Albert Barracks. By His Excellency's command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial S'ecietary.

Commissariat Office, Auckland, September 10th, 1850. TENDERS (in duplicate) will be received at this Oflice, until noon of Wednesday, the IGth October next, for the Supply of FRESH MEAT requned at the Bay of Islands, from the Ist December next, to 31st Match, 1851.
