NOTICE.
THE UNDERMENTIONED FARMS, Suburban and Town Allotments, &c, aie hona fide my property ; but they being at present, by way of surety, in the hands of John Dalziel, I am informed that attempts are being made to sell and dispose of said Lands, or parts of them'; I hereby give notice, that no sale of any part of these Lands, can be legally i made without my concurrence, and that I shall take steps to invalidate and render void all sales to which I am not a party consenting. The Lands are, All those Farm sections in the parish of Karaka, counry of Eden — viz. : Sec. No. 3, oontaining, per Surveyor-General's maps 380 acres Ditto 4, do. do. do 400 " Ditto 5, do. do. do 330 " Ditto 9, do. do. do 335 or 355 " All those sections in the parish of Papaknra, county of Eden — viz. : Sec. No. 4, containing, per Surveyor-General's map 94 acres Ditto 16, do. do. do 174 " Ditto 21, do. do. do 100 « Ditto 28, do. do. do 208 " Suburban Allotment No. G, of section No. 7, in the parish of Waitemata and county of Eden, containing, as per Surveyor-General's ma]), 13 acres. Suburban Allotment No. 9G, of section No. 9, parish of Takapuna, county of Eden, con-, taining, as per Surveyor -General's maps, GO a. 1 r. 23 p. Small Farm, No. 81, in the vicinity of Epsom parish of Waitemala, county of Eden, containing, as per Surveyor-General's map, 20, acres. Town Allotment No. G, of section No. 7, in the parish of Wailemata and county of Eden, containing, as per Surveyor-Genet al's map 13 acres. Alexander Dalziel. Bodmin, Cornwall, 4th March, 1850.
