TEN POUNDS REWARD.
WHEREAS, the House and Premises of the Undersigned having been on several occasions painted and otherwise injured during the night time, a reward of Ten Pounds is hereby offered to the Police or any other person giving such information as may lead to the conviction of the party or parties so offending. AUCKLAND ROPE WAREHOUSE.
THE Undersigned has the honor to announce to the Public that, consulting the greater convenience of his customers, he has opened a WAREHOUSE, IN FORT-STREET, where will be kept on sale his well known NEW ZEALAND CORDAGE, in every variety of size and description. Having imported a large quantity of Riga Yarns, the undersigned will be happy to cxc cute any orders in this material, which is far superior to any other imported into the Colony. James Robertson. NEW ROPE WORK, Hobson -Street.
JAMES CARADUS has commenced Rope-making in Hobson-street, near the Catholic Chapel, and is now able to execute any orders he may be tavoured with. The following is a list of the articles made — Running and Standing Rigging, all sizes Spun-yarn, marling, hosing Hammerlinc, Hand-lead lines Log-lines, Fishing-lines, Clothes-lines Grocer's twines, all kinds, net twine Fishing-nets made to order. Auckland, August 22nd 1850.
THE SUBSCRIBER is prepared to take Cattle and Horses to graze on his farm in the vicinity of the Three Kings, on the most liberal terms. Parties wanting to send Cattle to graze, will find the above farm one of the most advantageous grazing farms in the vicinity of Auckland, hating a never failing supply of water. A view of these paddocks, tDgether with an outlet of a large tract of land in its original state, for cattle to go out and in at will, and being the best sheltered in that part of the country, will be sufficient inducement for parties sending cattle to graze.
