THE Committee of Management of this Institution desire to call the attention of fthe public to the advantages of Membership thereof, and to express a hope that as the commencement of a new (the 3rd) QuaiL-r affords a good opportunity for joining Institute, many will, on becoming acquainted with those advantages, send in their names for nomination. . .. The Library (which has recently received, by donation and purchase, some very valuable additions) is open on two evenings in the week for the circulation of Books. It is expected that airangemente will be effected for the delivery of the Lecturls (a list of which has been already published) at intervals of about a fortnight. Members, on piesentation of their card, are admitted free. N6n-member? pay Is. to each Lecture. The Drawing and Discussion classes (f.o which Members only are admissible) are now in full operation. BENNETT, has kindly consented to follow up his Lecture on "Spectral Illusions and Natural Magic" by a LectuLe on POPULAR SUPERSTITIONS, Which will be delivered on Monday Evening, the 12th of August, at Eight o'clock. Tickets (for adults Is., children 6d.) may he obtained of Mr. Mansard, Hon. Sec, Lower Queen-street; and at Mr. Williamsons Short-land-street. N.B. — Members are reminded that the door keeper will require the production of their cards.
