THE ENTIRE HOUSE PARTIES who may wish to secure for , th^ir Mares the service of the above well known horse, are informed that fiom about the Ist of September he will be allowed to run at large in the paddocks of the undersigned at One Tree L-jill, where Mares will be received to depasime at 2s. 6d. per head, per week, and a fee of 10s. for the service of the horse, no charge will be made for foals running by the side of the mares. To prevent any accident the horse will be stript of his shoes, and no mare will be leceived unless also stript. Without professing to be a perfect judge, the undeisigned believes that most oi those who are so, will agree with him in opinion that off the grass, foals are more certain, s-\<\ are generally superior in soundness, health, and strength to any other. HOTICE TO STOCKHOLDERS— PROPRIETORS OF PADDOCKS, WHO MAY BE DESIROUS OF CLOSING THEM FOR HAY —AND OTHERS.
ON or about the Ist of September, the Undersigned will be prepared to receive Cattle to depasture in his paddocks at One Tree Hill, and will be answerable for the re-dilevery of all that may be committed to his care, except in the case of death. The chaige will be Is. per head, per week, but to parties sending a considerable number a reduction w'll be made. No Bulls will be taken in, unless of a good breed, and for one or two of such no charge will be made. No Cattle will be received unless legibly branded with the initials or other mark of the owner. Parties leaving stock in the charge of the undersigned, and who may wish to dispose of the same, by leaving with him authoiity to do so and the price required, may depend upon his using his best endeavours, without any charge. One day in each week to be fixed by the majority of the owners, the undersigned, or in his absence, a duly authoiised peison, will be ready on hoiseback to meet .uich parties as may wish to go over the ground to examine the stock ; and at all times the paddocks will be open to parties having cattle running theiein, but no dogs will be allowed to enter, and any found in them will be destroyed. Persons not owners of cattle trespassing in the paddocks, or disturbing the cattle will be prosecuted. Parties who may wish to avail themselves of this opening are requested to make early application, in order that proper arrangements may be made, and also to view the paddocks previously to completing such arrangements. WHEREAS about Ten days since, a Ngio Tree, growing on the property of the Undersigned — near Mr. Kellys briok house at Onehunga — was feluiiiously cut don n and destroyed, or earned away, a Reward of TWO POUNDS will be paid to any person who may give such information as will lead to the conviction of the offender or offenders. Any person found removing stones, timber, or other mateiials from the property of the undersigned without permission — unless for public purposes and under the direction of Government — will be prosecuted with the utmost severity of law.
