Begs to announce that he has received instructions to submit to Public Competition at his Mart, on Wednesday, 24th instant, at 12 o'clock, precisely, unless previously dispjsed of, the undermentioned VALUABLE TOWN & SUBURBAN LOTS rpWO LOT^ adjoining the " Royal George" ■■• Inn, late the " Panmure," on the Epsom Road, having frontages thereto of 100 links each. 4 Lots, part of the same Section, on the north side of Hobson's Creek, having frontages to the Epsom Road, 100 links each. 3 Allotments having frontages to Victoria street, 20 feet each, depth 65. 1 Corner Allotment, 48 feet to Victoria street, and to a street 70 links wide at the back of the Debtors' Jail. 2 Allotments, frontages 24 feet each, to the last mentioned street, depth 108 feet, — the whole being Town Allotments, No. 21 of Section 15. 4 Allotments neat the residence of Mr. J. Wright, Brickfield Bay, particulars of which will be given in a future advertisement.
In directing the attention of intending purchasers to the above valuable properties, the Auctioneer would merely state that the allotments on the Epsom Road, are, from their easy access to the town, their sheltered situation, fine soil, and pine water, well adapted either for a snug villa residence, or a firstrate Market Gaiden.
