For the accommodation of the Proprietors of Land, Houses, &c, Mr. Hansard proposes to keep a Register of all such property for sale or hire ; and, when required, to negociate such sale or letting in their behalf. Pie will also keep a Register of Land, Houses, &c, reqnired by intending purchasers, lessees, or hirers. Mr. Hansard's charges for commission in the above-mentioned cases will be moderate—and when practicable, will be subjected to prior arrangement.

npHIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE, that by Deed *■ bearing date the 2nd day of May, instant, James Coney, of Auckland, dealer, has conveyed and assigned all his real and personal Estate and Effects to William Brown and Thomas Lewis, of Auckland, Merchants, upon Trust, for the benefit of such Creditors of the said James Coney as shall execute the said Deed within 40 days from the date thereof. And, that the said Deed of conveyance and assignment is now lying at the Office of Mr. Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, for the inspection and signatures of the Creditors. Auckland, May 7, 1850.

TOf HERE AS on Wednesday night, or Thursday morning last some person or persons did maliciously stab a Bay Horse, then in my possession and under my charge at Onehunga ; I hereby give notice that I will pay the above reward to any party who may give such information as may lead to the conviction of the offender or offenders.
