KENDALL'S ESTATE.

ALL Pei sons having any claim against Mr. Willum Kendall, late of Auckland, Hrickmaker, are requested to send in the same to Mr. Frederick Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, within one month from the date hereof, as the Ti u.slces will at the expiration of that lime make a division of the amount realized under Mr. Kendall's Deed of assignment and conveyance.
