JOHN BRIGHAM Has received instructions to Sell by Auction, at his Mart, Queen-street, on Saturday, the 15th instant, at 12 o'clock, (if not previously disposed of) — A VERY DESIRABLE ALLOTMENT of LAND, at the rear of the Barracks, having one fiontage to Quadrant-street, of 37 feet, and one to Cobourg-street, of 57 feet, immediately opposite the residence of the late T. E. Conry, Esq., and on which is substantially built a Wooden House. AFTER WHICH, An ALLOTMENT in O'Cpnne^street, a few doors from Shortland-street, having a Dwelling House and a good Bakehouse with an excellent Oven, recently erected at great expense.
