KENDALL'S ESTATE.
ALL Persons having any claim against Mr. William Kendall, late of Auckland, Brickmaker, are requested to send in the same to Mr. Frederick Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, within one month from the date hereof, as the Trustees will at the expiration of that time make a division of the amount realized under Mr. Kendall's Deed of assignment and conveyance.
