KENDALL'S ESTATE.
ALL Persons having any claim against Mr. William Kendall, late of Auckland, fjrickmaker, are requested to send in the same to Mr. Frederick Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, within one month from the date hereof, as the Trustees will at the expiration of that time make a division of the amount realized under Mr. Kendall's Deed of assignment and conveyance. rpHIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE, that by Deed •■• bearing date the 2nd day of May, instant, James Coney, of Auckland, dealer, has conveyed and assigned all his real and personal Estate and Plffects to William Brown and Thomas Lewis, of Auckland, Merchants, uton Trust, for the benefit of such Creditors of the said James Coney as shall execute the said Deed within 40 days from the date thereof. And, that the said Deed of conveyance and assignment is now lying at the Office of Mr. Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, for the inspection and signatures of the Creditors. Auckland, May 7, 1850.
