"IIfHEREAS on Wednesday night, or Thursday morning last some person or persons did maliciously stab a Bay Horse, then in my possession and under my charge at Onehunga ; I hereby give notice that I will pay the above reward to any party who may give such information as may lead to the conviction of the offender or offenders.
