Brickmaker, are requested to send in the same r to Mr. Frederick Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckf land, within one month from the date hereof, r as the Trustees will at the expiration of that time make a division of the amount realized under Mr. Kendall's Deed of assignment and conveyance. THIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE, that by Deed bearing date the 2nd day of Ma^y instant, James Coney, of Auckland, dealer, has conveyed and assigned all his real and personal Estate and Effects to William Brown and Thomas Lewis, of Auckland, Merchants, upon Trust, for the benefit of such Creditors .of the said James Coney as shall execute the said Deed within 40 days from the date thereof. And, that the said Deed of conveyance and assignment is now lying at the Office of Mr. Whitaker, Solicitor, Auckland, for the inspection and signatures of the Creditors. Auckland, May 7, 1850.
