Panton, Mr. Thomas Keir, third son of the late Robert Keir, E*q., Brewer, Edinburgh, to Mrs. Helen Sharp, widow of the late Mr. Abch. Sharp, ship-builder, Auckland, New Zealand, foimerly of Greenock.
Erratum. —In the article headed "Piratical Srizure of ibe Schooner Helen' 1 (published in our last number) second par«grnpli, for " There ii wo reason to believe,' 1 &c, read " There is reason" &c.
