AUCKLAND MECHANICS' INSTITUTE. , A LECTURE ON THE POETRY : £*- OF COWPER, will be delivered in the Hall of the Institute by The Reverend Mr. Churton, on the Evening of Wednesday, the 24th inst., at Eight o'clock, precisely. For the accommodation of the Proprietors of Land, Houses, &c, Mr. Hansard proposes to keep a Register of all such property for sale or hire ; and, when required, to negotiate such sale or letting in their behalf. He will also keep a Register of Land, Houses, &c, reqnired by intending purchasers, lessees, or hirers. Mr. Hansard's charges for commission in the above-mentioned cases will be moderate— and when practicable, will be subjected to prior arrangement. LAND.
