For the accommodation of the Proprietors of Land, Mouses, &c., Mr. Hansard proposes to keep a Register of all such property for sale or hire ; and, when required, to negociate such sale or letting in their behalf. He will also keep a Register of Land, Houses, &c, reqnired by intending purchasers, lessees, or hirers. Mr. Hansard's charges for commission in the above-mentioned cases will be moderate— and when practicable, will be subjected to prior arrangement.
