NOTICE. ANY Person desirous of taking a Depasturing License, according to Provisions contained in Clause (twenty-nine) 29, of Crown Lands' Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, (23rd August, 1849), is requested to make j application to the Wardens of the Hundred of Onehunga, specifying situation and quantity of said Lands, in writing, on or before the 25th day of March. WARDENSHIP OF ONEHUNGA. NOTICE. PERSONS desirous to take on themselves the charge and duties of POUNDKEEPER for the Hundred of Onehunga, are requested to send proposals therefor in writing to the Wardens of said Hundred, on or before the 25th day of March. The proposals to embrace the erection of a Pound of three (3) rods square, and having two (2) divisions, at the personal cost of the proposer. The said Pound to be contiguous to some Public road convenient to water, and the said proposer to satisfy the Wardens of his ability to supply such necessary food as may be required for the stock impounded ; and in case of acceptance he will be required to enter into bonds with two (2) sureties for the due performance of the duties, and the prompt and true payment of all sums of money or fines laid on, or otherwise recoverable on the stock therein impounded, and to conform to all such rules and regulations as may be made at any time for the current year, by any of the persons duly empowered.
