Paiiengeri (from Auckland) — Mr. and Mm. M'Guire and Mr. Shank. J. W. Bain, agent. Feb. 26—Aligator, schooner, 15 tons, Holmes, natter, for the Bay of Plenty with snndriei. Feb. 26— Charles, icbooner, 12 tons, Duuell, matter, for the River Thames with tuadriei.
