DAIRY FARMS AT EPSOM. TO "RE LET, to the first September next, oi for one or more years, Two Dairy Farms, of twenty-five acres each, situated between the residence of Captain Powditcii and Mr. Patrick Donovan. The Farms have been laid down with every variety of the choicest mixed grasses, and are at present producing most abundantly ; half an acre of this grass is amply sufficient to feed a milking cow during the year.
