Shipping Intelligence.
ARRIVALS. February 15.— Commodore, ship, 489 tons, Captain Broadfoot. Passengers — Mr. F. Gardiner, Mr. Ashton, Mr. and Mrs. White and three children, Mr. Weavers, Mr. and Mrs. Ilely and four children. C. J, Stone, agent. February 15.— Colonist, barque, 370 tons, Captain Marshall, from Adelaide. J. W. Bain, agent.
The Colonist sailed from Adelaide on the 19th nit., and has been 23 days on the passage. She is bound for California, has 108 passengers on board, chiefly persons who had been acrustnmprl to mining woik in S«uth Australia, and has touched at this port for watei and fresh provisions. She will resume her voyage in a few days.
The Commodore sailed from Sydney en the 3rd instant. The Reaper sailed on the same day ; and as a barque was signalled at sunset yesterday evening, the will most likely be at anchor in the harbour this morning. The Orator, barque, with 160 passengers, and the Esther, with 16 passengeu, sai'ed for California from Sydney— the former on the 28th, the latter on the 29th ultimo. The barque Cornelia, Mikleburg, bad arrived at Port Phillip from London, and was cleared out for Wellington on the 16th January.
Vessels Laid on for California. — The followiuir vessels are loading, or preparing to load, with New Zealand produce, in Auckland harbour, for California : — Josephine, barque, 310; Joht. stone, ship, 580; Hamlet, barque, 425 ; Colonist, barque, 370; Reaper, 423 ; Commodore, ihip, 489 ; Two Friendi, brig, 206 ; William & James, schooner, 75 ; Sir John Franklin, schooner, 69; General Pitt, schooner, 31.
