SALE OP THE CLIPPER BUILT SCHOONER 11 ILIO-MAMA," OR (GREYHOUND,) WITH HER MASTS, SAILS, RIGGING, ANCHORS, CABLES, &c, &c. CONNELL & RIDINGS Have received instructions to Sell by Public Auction at their Mart, Queen-street, on Tuesday next, 12th hist., at|l2 o'clock precisely, *Y HE Schooner " ILIO-MAMA," of Honolulu, as she now lies in Mechanics' Bay, Auckland.— Also, in convenient lots, her Masts, Spars, Standing and Running Rigging, New Sails, Europe and Manilla Cordage, Anchors, Chain Cables, Compasses, Brass Pumps, a quantity of Canvas, double and single Blocks, Cabin Furniture, Cooking Apparatus, China Ware, Charts, &c., &c. This splendid vessel measures 80 feet over-all, and 20 feet beam, registered tonnage 121 I2 L tons. Was built at Baltimore, U. S., under inspection, for an Opium Cupper, of best seasoned materials, is copper-fastened throughout, recently coppered with 30 oz. best English sheet copper. Her topsides entirely new, and is found in gear and fittings of all kinds of the best description — having very lately undergone a thorough repair at an expense of two thousands pounds. By a moderate outlay this fine vessel may readily be repaired and fitted for sea, and will be found ad' mirably adapted for a Sydney or California trader, having capacious cabins tastefully arranged, and being well known as one of the fastest sailers in the Pacific. The abolition of the Navigation Laws will enable her purchaser to procure a British register, entitling her to all the privileges of a British ship, C. & R. are also directed to sell by Auct.on at same time (unless previously disposed of by private contract) the schooner's boats, viz: a strongly built coppered and cop-per-fastened Launch, with new suit of sails, oars, &c, and a good Boat, capable of carrying 15 or 20 people.
