To Residents in the Country, intending Absentees, &c, Mr. Hansard offers his services in the receiving their rents, &c, the payment of such charges as they may direct and authorize, and the transaction of such general business as they may require, pledging himself to an implicit attention to their instruc-
tions, and a faithful regard to their interests. For the accommodation of the Proprietors of Land, Houses, &c, &c, Mr. Hansard proposes to keep a Register of all such property for sale or hire ; and, when required, to negotiate such sale or letting in their behalf. He will also keep a Register of Land, Houses, &c, required by intending purchasers, lessees, or hirers. Mr. Hansard's charges for commission in the above mentioned cases will be moderate — and, when practicable, will be subject to prior arrangement.
