HART $ SON Are instructed to Sell by Auction, on Monday next, (Jan. 7th,) at 12 o'clock precisely, WITHOUT THE LEAST RESERVE, (For the benefit of whom it may concern,) THE Schooner "SIR JOHN *■ FRANKLIN," with all her Sails, Rigging, Chains, Anchors, New Galley, &c., as she now lies in the harbour of Auckland. The Sir John Franklin is 52 tons register, was built in 1838, in Hobart Town, of the best seasoned materials, she is coppered and copper fastened -, Stows a large cargo for her tonnage, and it is supposed she will carry 60,000 feet of halfinch boards. She has a large inventory of Stores, and is well found in every respect. She has a new Galley received in Sydney. Her Cabin is commodious and well filled up with Lockers. Her last voyage from Sydney to this port was made in 12 days, and her cargo consisting of Soft Goods, Tea, Sugars, &c, were delivered in good order ; in fact the Auctioneers would merely add that the purchaser will be enabled to more than clear her cost out of her freight upon her first voyage.
