PREPARATORY GRAMMAR SCHOOL, Victoria Cottage. MR. KEMPTHORNE begs to state that the Fourth Quarter terminates on Saturday, Dec. 22nd instant. The School will re -open on Monday, January 28th, 1850, The Terms are as follows — payable quarterly in advance. There are no extra charges for Tuition. For Boarders under 10 yeais £30. Ditto above that age 36. For Day Scholars under 10 years 12. Ditto above that age 10. The number of Pupils being limited, it is intended that the School should maintain the features of a family, and the domestic arrangements are uuder Mrs. Kempthorne's superintendance. Auckland, Dec. 17th, 1849.
