Reynolds and wife, Mr. J. Stephens, wife, and two children, Mr. Jobn Smith. VV. S. Grahame, agpnt. December 7. — Bon Accord, ichooner, from Kawau, Passenger — Captain Grant.
DEPARTURES. Dec. 5 Falcon, schooner, Newhano, master, for the Enit Cape. Dec 5. Undine, schooner, Champion, matter, for the Thames. Paisengers— His Lxcellency Sir George Grey, G. S. Cooper, Esq., D. Rough, Esq., and several natives.
Boat Capsized.— A boat belonging to H.M.S. Fly, proceeding under light tail towards the North Head, with two hands in her, was capsized by a sudden gust of wind on Wedneidty evening, opposite Hobson'a Bay. The accident was observed from both shores, and several boati immediately put off to reader assistance. The men were good swimmers, and managed to keep on the lurface until they were reached, when Tory mnoh exhausted, by a boat from the Fly which was nearer to them than any other point from which succour could be afforded. The Enterprise has changed agents and is now advertised to sail for San Francisco on the Ist January. She will be filled chiefly with timber from this port. The Sarah arrived on Thursday at Kawau, with coals for the smelting works, having sailed from Nevrcnstle on the 21st ult. She will not come on to Auckland, but will return to Sydney from Kawau. The Josephine, Captain Smith, was adrertised at Sydney on the 20th ult., to sail from Newcastle for Hong Kong on the Ist December. The Petrel, ihip, 848 tons, Capt. Taylor, from Plymouth the 12th August, arrived at Sydney on the 19tu November, frith 326 immigrants. On the same day, the Waterloo, ship, Captain Neatby, arrived from London, via Port Phillip. — Passengers, Mr. Justice Tlierry and family. At Adelaide, on the sth November, the barque Constance had arrived from Plymouth the 19th Augusr, with 240 immigrants ; and on the same day, the ship Naranno, from Plymouth the 28th July, wilh 193 pasiengen. In the English shipping intelligence it is stated that a ship (not named) from the Clyde, was to sail for New Zealand about the middle of August.
