Depasture Stock or to Cut Timber upon Crown Lands outside Hundreds during the present year, that they will be required, if they wish to continue such occupation of Crown. Land during 1850, to apply to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for a renewal of the same. Their applications having been approved, they will have to take out fresh Licenses at the Colonial Treasury, paying the usual fees. A ll unauthorized occupants of Crown Lands are liable, under the 39th clause of the Crown Lands Act (No. 1, Session 10), to a penalty not exceeding Fifty Pounds. W.
