AUCKLAND RACES. rpHE General Meeting of the New Ulster ■*- Jockey Club, intended to have been held on the 26th instant, is posponed until the 30th instant at 8 o'clock, p.m., precisely, on which night the applicants for Booths on the course, will be ballotted for, and other matters connected with the ensuing Races determined upon. A full Meeting is requested. By order, J. Greenwood, Hon. Secretary.
AUCKLAND RACES. AT the last General Meeting of the New Ulster Jockey Club, held at the Exchange Hotel, on the 7th instant — it was resolved, that, all applications from Publicans for the erection of Booths on the Course during the ensuing races, must be made to Mr. Hardington, the Clerk of the Course, on or before the 30th inst. The number of Booths will be restricted to five, exclusive of the lower portion of the Grand Stand. On the 30th inst., the Publicans applying will draw lots for the occupation of the num« ber of Booths allowed. Any further information on this subject may be obtained from the Clerk of the Course at the Exchange Hotel. The successful candidates for Booths will have to pay £6 for this meeting ; the money to be forthcoming immediately after the lots are draw* By order, i J, Greenwood, j Honorary Secretary.
