SPAIN. (From the Morning Herald, May 15.) Madrid, May 8.
As a sequel to tho news that the Spanish squadron lias opened the way to the Neapolitans by taking possession of the forts of Terracina, the Ministry lias decided that an expeditionary corps of 4000 men shall be immediately sent against Rome, under the orders of Lieutenant- General Cordova, having for his second in command General Lcrsundi. General Cordova will leave Madrid to-morroiv for Baicelona, where Hie troops will embark. Orden have already been sent to Cadiz for the Soberano, man-of-war, to go to Barcelona, there to receive the troops.
