Tlio Quarters commence on the first of January, Apil, July, ami October; but Subscribers can commence at am, period of a Quarter. Orders or instructions must be written, and a U Communications to the Editor post-paid. Orders for withdrawal of Advertisement* must be delivered at the Office before 4 o'clock on the evening previous to publication.
