Salmon and Co., agents. The luohinnan 6ailed on the 10th inst. from Sydney. The Sir John Franklin, Captain LiNewHl, sailed on the 6th intt. for Auckland. The Josephine, barque, Cnpt. Smith, sailed alto on the 6th for Kawau, via Newcastle, to load with coals for the smelting works on that island. The Cheerful, schooner, sailed on the day the Inchinnan left, and the Giraffe, brig, on the sth inst. for California. The Lady Clarke, ship, with Governor Fitzlloy's family on board, from London the 13th March, arrived at Sydney on the sth inst. The Inchinnan has 220 passengers on board for California. She has no room either for freight or pas* sengers from this port. The Esperanza has been twelve days on the passage from Hobart Town. She has brought a number of recruits for the 58th and 65t1» Regiments. The Ade» laide has been removrd fiora the Auckland trnde. and superseded by the schooner, / Don't Know, whidi sailed for Auckland on the same day at the Espcranzn. The Susan, having embarked the invalids of the #Bth yesteiday« will piuceed to sea at noon this day. Her mail will close al a quarter past ten
