Will sell by Public Competition, on Tuesday next, August 21 — THE FINE CLIPPER SCHOONER " JOSEPH CRIPPS," 100 tons burthen, built in 1840-1, expressly for the Van Diemen's Land Company, who spared no expense upon her. She has lately been hove down at Hobait Town, her Hull Equipments, &c, thoroughly overhauled. She is ready for sea, being well found, carries a dry cargo, is a fine weatherly vessel, and allowed to be one of the fastest out of Y. D. Land. For further particulars of Stores, &c, apply to the Auctioneer, wfio has certificates of her qualities and good condition from the two Insurance Offices of Hobart Town, of 12th Jan. 1849.
