DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE, the Undersigned give notice to the Public, that the Partnership hitherto carried on under the name of M'Dermot and Grigg, as General Blacksmiths, is this day dissolved by mutual consent, and all debts due to the Firm are requested to be settled by the first of August to Martin M'Dermott or Richard Grigg, and all debts due by the Firm are requested to be sent in by the 20th day of August to Martin M'Dermott, High-street, Auckland, for liquidation.
