LEVEY while returning his thanks . to the inhabitants and visitants of Auckland for the generous patronage they have favoured him with, begs respectfully to intimate that the whole of the numerous and expensive alterations being now completed, he can with confidence assert that there is no Hotel in \ Auckland to be put into competition with the " Victoria" for real comforts and accommodations, amongst which will be found— Well aired Beds, and the Bedrooms replete i WITH EVERY CoMFORT FOR THE TOILETTE. S. H. L. would also intimate that in due course of his arrangements for the importation of Wines, Spirits, and other requisites for his business, he has received per late arrivals, a choice lot of — Port-Sherry | of mogt d Champagne ( brands And other Wines ) Mai tell 's and Henessey's Brandies B. P. Rum A carefully selected lot of choice Cordials. And also — Hind and Smith's celebrated Amber Ale— the quality of the whole of which articles are firsl-rale. The New Stables are warranted thoroughly drained, and paved throughout, and are amply sufficient to accommodate Forty Horses. The Stable being placed under the charge of an Ostler of many year's experience in the best stables in Van Diemen's Land, and the Hay, Corn, &c, &c, being of first quality, Gentlemen may depend upon their horses being properly attended to. Six or Seven Good Hacks, to let on hire. For the further accommodation of importers and owners of Horse stock there are sleeping rooms adjacent to the stables for their servants and stockmen. In conclusion, S. H. L. pledges himself to rigorously observe the same diligent care and attention to the convenience and comfort of his visitors which has hitherto secured him so large an amount of public patronage. N. B.— A Table D'Hote every day at Two o'clock. Soups during the Winter season always ready at Eleven o'clock.
