Plymouth, Feb. 24. About eighty men belonging to the 28th Regiment, now stationed at the Citadel here, are to be dicclurged in a few days. On Wedncaday the cornmandmg-umcer of the regiment, Colonel Mesiiter, htd an interview with the magistrates of Plymouth on the subject. We understand moit, if not all, the men will have <>oine money on their discharge.
