Plymouth, Feb. 24. About eighty men belonging to the 28th Regiment, now stationed at the Citadel here, are to be dicclurged in a few days. On Wedncaday the cornmandmg-umcer of the regiment, Colonel Mesiiter, htd an interview with the magistrates of Plymouth on the subject. We understand moit, if not all, the men will have <>oine money on their discharge. A general court-ranrtial is appointed to be held at 11 o'clock on Monday tn»rni iy, at the Government House, Mount Wise, to inquire into certain charges against th quartermaiter of the 82d It giment, involving lu-glcct of duty and the misapplication of stores connected with hit office.
