Security will be required for the due performance of the Contract, and the Tendeis should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as Sureties. Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, June 11th, 1849. ! ' TENDERS in duplicate will be received at §i this office, until noon on Monday, 25th instant, from parties who may be desirous of furnishing supplies of Firewood for the various departments of this Government, for the ensuing six months, commencing Ist July next. Tenders to specify the rate for supplying Firewood of the usual size, and also for supplying any portion that may be required to be cut and split of a size to suit the fire places in the public offices. Security will be required for the due performance of the Contract, and the Tenders should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as sureties.
