Notice to Correspondents.
We have, again and again, solicited attention to the invariable practice insisted upon by every Journal, that correspondents shall pay ihe postage of_ their letters. Hitherto, in numerous instances, our romomtrances have had no effect, and we have been put to consider, able expense. We now intimate, for the last time, that we shall reject every future epistle, come from whom it may, unlen the writer shall think fit to disbuue its cost of carriage.
